Poke (pronounced POH-kay) is a traditional Hawaiian dish built on fresh, cubed fish marinated in delicious sauces, served over rice or greens, and topped with vibrant vegetables and crunchy toppings. It's a perfect blend of Hawaiian tradition and modern healthy eating.
At Suomi Poke, we took that foundation and made it our own. Every bowl starts with the freshest ingredients we can source. Our proteins are prepared daily, our sauces are made in-house, and our toppings are chosen for both flavour and nutrition.

Our Journey
How We Got Here
The Beginning
Suomi Poke opened its first location with a simple mission: bring vibrant, fresh poke bowls to Finland. We started with a small menu and a big passion for quality.
Growing the Menu
We expanded our offering with cold-pressed juices, creamy milkshakes, and new signature bowls. Every recipe was tested dozens of times before making it to the menu.
Second Location
Demand grew and we opened our second location. More space, same obsession with freshness — every bowl still made to order, every ingredient sourced with care.
Today & Beyond
We continue to grow, but our values stay the same: fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. More locations coming soon.
