Poke, Reimagined for the North
Poke originated in Hawaii — a dish of fresh fish, rice, and bold toppings. We brought that concept to Finland and rebuilt it from scratch using Nordic thinking: fewer shortcuts, better ingredients, and nothing artificial.
Every bowl at Suomi Poke is assembled to order. We source proteins daily, press our juices in-house, and rotate our seasonal toppings to match what's actually fresh. The result is a bowl that tastes like it was made for you — because it was.
We named our bowls after Finnish and Nordic cities because this is where we belong. From Helsinki to Rovaniemi, each bowl carries a piece of the country we call home.

Suomi Poke opened in Turku with a tight menu and a clear goal: serve the freshest poke in Finland. No shortcuts, no compromises — just great bowls made to order.
Cold-Pressed & Expanded
We added cold-pressed juices and creamy milkshakes to the lineup. Every recipe went through weeks of testing before it earned a spot on the menu.
Growing the Family
